Prices & Item Descriptions
Our starting prices are based on designs with 2 main colour shades, simple marking designs (2 or less stripes, 3 or fewer dots, etc). The following prices should be used as an estimate only.
Regular quotes require a full colour image reference with at least 2 poses (back and front) of the character requested or the quote will be declined.
We ask for all future clients to read and be in agreement to our TOS before sending submissions (either Regular or Artistic Liberty commissions)
Prices:
Character Sheet (Digital File) starts at 150 USD
Our reference sheets are optimized for fursuit production and can be made to align expectations on color shades contrast (as we use a digital catalog we made from the supplier's real fur fabrics color).
The colors picked for each model are the digital closest to how the final product would look like, if the colors/materials suggested are used for the production of the actual suit.
WE WILL DO:
• SFW reference sheet;
• Your character in Alecrim Carmim’s art style, optimized for future fursuit production (with our studio);
• Your character and add-ons (horns, antlers, spikes, hair, wings, extra ears and eyes, etc);
• Your character gender and details (eyelashes, whiskers, blush, etc);
• Design your animal or creature or hybrid idea (service charged extra);
• Personal use only (any art provided can not be used in merchandising, logos or any kind of profit products);
WE WON’T DO:
• NSFW character sheet;
• Closed species;
• Clothes and accessories;
• Emulate other artist style;
• Use characer sheet bases from other artists;
• Replicate another design made by other studios / artists;
• Make projects related to existing brands (fanart), media such as games, books, movies, etc;
• Commercial use reference sheet or art (any art provided can not be used in merchandising, logos or any kind of profit products).
Headbase starts at 600 USD
Our headbase designs are hollowed and one size fits most.
They're lining friendly and very light (doe to being made with light structured foam and EVA foam), with vent openings near ear positions to prevent the insides of the head to get too hot.
Headbases can be purchased at our Dealer's Den shop and are made on demand.
Custom features (such as eye/nose/teeth colors, for example) should be discussed by DM at The Dealers Den website.
Head (Head + Digital Files)
starts at 2100 USD
This option comes with all the items described below:
Heads:
Our default heads are made of foam and EVA foam, lined with 60% cotton/40% polyester fabric with no foam touching the wearer’s face. The insides are large enough to be worn with glasses on or to add internal upgrades such as LEDs (not provided by the studio).
The default eye design is 3D (follow me eyes); we do not work with 2D eyes styles at the moment. The head has openings inside the ears, for ventilation and better hearing.
The neck part is removable (we use small plastic snaps and velcro to keep the piece in place) and has 2 zippers, one for a hidden utility pocket in the front and one for polyfill stuffing in the back.
Our base price refers to a simple head of a non mythological/open species creature design (dog, cat, rabbit, opossum, etc).
Extra features (whiskers, horns, spikes, complex markings, etc) will increase the base price of the head. Extra fees might be added depending on how hard they are to implement on our base design.
Extra parts and add-ons
Please inform us of said features during quoting applications since those extras are charged separately.

Mini Partial Suit (Head + Handpaws + Tail Head + Digital Files)
starts at 2900 USD
This option comes with all the items described below:
Heads:

The base price refers to a pair of handpaws without claws/claw beds on. Our claws are made with resin, the claw beds and beans are made out of velvet.
Extra features (claws + claw beds, spikes, complex markings, etc) will increase the base price of the handpaws. For design reasons we do not install claws without the claw beds.
The base price and descriptions/add-ons from the puffy handpaws also apply for our handhooves and extra fees might be added depending on how many modifications might be added to our basic cloven hoof design.
Tails:
Our starter tail size is 30cm / 11.8in (rabbit, dear, bear, etc) with polyfill stuffing to keep the shape and a clean cut design.
Longer tails or additional extras (extra stuffing zipper, hidden pockets, spikes, complex markings etc) will increase the base price of the tail. Extra fees might be added depending on how hard they are to implement on our base design.

At the moment we’re offering the following designs: canines, felines, marsupials/rodents and hooves. Feetpaws are lined with 60%cotton / 40%polyester fabric and stuffed with polyfill to maintain the puffy shape.
The base price refers to a pair of digitigrade feetpaws without claws/claw beds on.
Our claws are made of resin, the claw beds and beans are made of velvet. Outdoor soles are made of EVA foam.
We're offering Flex digitigrade feetpaws (Indoors and Outdoors removable soles).
Extra features (claws + claw beds, spikes, complex markings, etc) will increase the base price of the feetpaws. For design reasons we do not install claws without the claw beds. Selecting the Flex digitigrade feetpaws will also increase the final price.

Artistic Liberty Mini Partial Suit (Head + Handpaws + Tail+ Digital Files)
starts at 2800 USD
To apply for the slots, just fill the Artistic Liberty Quote but have in mind that we have the following restrictions for these projects:
WE WILL DO:

Your choice of animal or creature or hybrid idea;

Your choice of character gender and details (eyelashes, whiskers, blush, etc);

Your choice of extras (horns, extra eyes, spikes, etc);

Your choice of colors or shades of fur. We’ll prioritize quotes with subjects more appealing for our studio portfolio.

Your choice of feetpaws design (Indoors or Outdoors- both designs can be requested for the same project but an additional fee will be added to the Artistic Liberty base price).
WE WON’T DO:

Follow a model sheet provided. This project will be made in partnership with the studio lead artist and the creature will be designed by us, following the customer guidelines;

Emulate other maker or artist style;
-
Realistic or semi realistic suits;

Use bases or supplies from other studios;
-
Replicate another suit made by the studio with minor or major changes;
-
Make projects related to existing brands, media such as games, books, movies, etc. or closed species.
Our quotes for these requests will always be open!
Artistic Liberty quotes are chosen considering how much the project fits the studio restrictions and project needs by the time the quote is analysed (we chose projects considering materials in hand, production optimization and creative liberty). For those slots we accept projects to test new shapes and solutions.
